Incolink is Australia’s oldest and largest manager of redundancy entitlements for workers in the building and construction industry in Victoria and Tasmania. Incolink is a joint enterprise of employer associations and industry unions and has over 68,000 members who span a range of specialisations including commercial building, construction, plumbing, transport, mechanical services and manufacturing.
Incolink provides the essential safety net of redundancy funds, portable sick leave and income protection insurance schemes for our members.
In addition, membership includes access to a range of health and wellbeing benefits that support members and their families. Services such as general counselling, financial rights counselling, alcohol and other drug support and job seeker services can help when a member is doing it tough.
The Incolink preventative education program is delivered on site and in TAFEs and includes sessions on responsible gambling, alcohol and other drugs and suicide awareness. Incolink also deliver Health Checks and Skin Checks, helping build a healthy and reliable workforce both now and into the future.
